These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and bagi365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the bagi365 website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bagi365 platform and must not create or continue to maintain an account. Your continued use of bagi365 following any published update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an eligible adult will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

Minimum Deposit

The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered through bagi365 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement using their bonus balance before any withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds that have not been used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion-specific terms. Attempting to stack bonuses in an unauthorised manner may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a player account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bagi365 staff members or other players through any communication channel.

bagi365 reserves the right to void bets, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending a full investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

All content published on the bagi365 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, promotional imagery, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of bagi365 or of its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bagi365 platform for your personal, non-commercial, recreational entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagi365 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the bagi365 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if bagi365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruptions to gameplay or sports betting caused by network connectivity issues on the user's side, including but not limited to mobile data disruptions on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks.
• The actions, content, or practices of any third-party game studio or payment provider integrated with the bagi365 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bagi365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC verification requirements have been met.

bagi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion has been detected on the account.
• The player is found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument requires bagi365 to restrict or terminate access to the account.

Where an account is closed by bagi365 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bagi365 will communicate the reason for closure to the player's registered email address where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

Players who have requested or been granted a self-exclusion should be aware that self-exclusion requests are processed as account closures for the duration of the exclusion period.
